When there is a need, I find a trend to take charge of the situation and get the group hobo me. If I bump that the primary leader needs help, I work with them as an unofficial co-leader to assist with the planning and coordination of team events and deadlines. Overall, I feel that my leaders style falls into iv different leadership posers/theories. The Ohio State University Leadership Model identifies quadruple leadership styles: grim complex body part and high favor, high social system and high consideration, low complex body part and low consideration, and high structure and low consideration.

The model is split into two distinct dimensions; structure and consideration. Structure is job-centered leadership and consideration is employee-centered leadership. As I looked at this model in more detail I directly knew I had both high structure and high consideration as a leader.
